  • AI Lead Generation: We utilize artificial intelligence and digital marketing strategies to generate patient leads for dental practices, with a target of 20 to 80 new patients per month.
  • AI Practice Optimizer Application: A proprietary software application designed to analyze practice data, optimize operations, and provide recommendations for increasing revenue and efficiency.
  • Consultation Services: Business assessment, data analysis, and strategic recommendations for dental practice growth.
  • Digital Marketing: Social media management, website optimization, targeted advertising campaigns, and other marketing activities.

3. Client Eligibility and Registration

3.1 Eligibility

To use our Services, you must:

  • Be at least 18 years of age or the age of majority in your jurisdiction
  • Have the legal authority to enter into binding contracts
  • Operate a legitimate dental practice or healthcare business
  • Provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration
  • Comply with all applicable laws and regulations in your jurisdiction

3.2 Account Registration

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

4. Service Agreements and Performance

4.1 Lead Generation Targets

While we target delivering 20 to 80 new patient leads per month, actual results may vary based on numerous factors including but not limited to:

  • Market conditions and competition in your geographic area
  • Quality and responsiveness of your practice
  • Seasonal fluctuations in demand
  • Your cooperation in providing necessary information and materials
  • Budget allocation for advertising campaigns

Lead generation targets are estimates and not guarantees. “Leads” are defined as potential patients who have expressed interest in dental services through our marketing efforts.

4.2 Practice Optimizer Application

The Practice Optimizer Application requires:

  • Access to your practice data, systems, and financial information
  • Installation and integration with your existing software systems
  • Your cooperation in implementing recommended changes

Recommendations provided by the application are suggestions based on data analysis and do not guarantee specific financial outcomes.

4.3 Service Modifications

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of the Services at any time, with or without notice. We will make reasonable efforts to notify you of significant changes that may affect your use of the Services.

5. Fees, Payment, and Refunds

5.1 Pricing

Service fees are as specified in your individual service agreement or on our pricing page. All fees are quoted in Canadian Dollars (CAD), US Dollars (USD), or British Pounds (GBP) as applicable to your location.

5.2 Payment Terms

  • Payment is due according to the schedule specified in your service agreement

5.4 Refund Policy

Due to the nature of digital marketing services and the immediate commencement of work:

  • Setup fees are non-refundable once services have commenced
  • Monthly service fees may be refundable on a pro-rata basis if cancellation occurs within the first 14 days of a billing cycle
  • Refund requests must be submitted in writing to admin@worldaigroup.com
  • Advertising spend paid to third-party platforms is non-refundable

6. Data Protection and Privacy

Marketing materials created by us on your behalf are licensed to you for use during the term of our agreement. We retain ownership of templates, frameworks, and methodologies used in creating such materials.

8.5 Testimonials and Case Studies

You grant us permission to use your practice name, logo, and testimonials in our marketing materials unless you specifically opt-out in writing.

9. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of any proprietary or confidential information disclosed during the course of the business relationship. This includes:

You may terminate your service agreement:

  • We cease offering Services in your jurisdiction

10.4 Effects of Termination

Upon termination:

  • Your access to Services will be discontinued
  • We will cease all marketing activities on your behalf
  • You must cease using our software and intellectual property
  • We will provide you with access to your data for a period of 30 days
  • Sections of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination will continue to apply

11. Warranties and Disclaimers

We warrant that we will provide Services in a professional and workmanlike manner consistent with industry standards.

11.2 Disclaimer of Warranties

12. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL WORLD AI GROUP, ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, OR AGENTS BE LIABLE FOR:

  • ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES
  • LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, OR BUSINESS OPPORTUNITIES
  • COST OF SUBSTITUTE SERVICES
  • DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OR INABILITY TO USE THE SERVICES

12.2 Cap on Liability

OUR TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ALL CLAIMS ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO THESE TERMS OR THE SERVICES SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO LIABILITY.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits our liability for:

Neither party shall be liable for any failure or delay in performance due to circumstances beyond their reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, war, terrorism, riots, embargoes, acts of civil or military authorities, fire, floods, accidents, pandemics, strikes, or shortages of transportation, facilities, fuel, energy, labor, or materials.

  • You must review and approve all marketing content before it is published
  • You represent that all claims made in marketing materials are truthful, substantiated, and compliant with professional regulations
  • We are not responsible for ensuring your marketing complies with dental board regulations or professional standards
